Father Kentucky

Singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Isaac Carter, donning the moniker Father Kentucky, released his debut album "Half To Whole" late April, 2022. A collection of songs spanning three years, the album is a self described exploration of growth. Through heartache, regret, and ultimately reconciliation, Carter shares his journey as a song writer and a person through out the album. Featuring his mother on back up vocals, his friend and co-producer on piano, and his father's band mate on slide guitar, Carter brings an alternative take on his Kentucky roots. Half To Whole serves as a prologue, an introduction to Carter's growth as a musician. With influences encompassing Bob Dylan, The Tallest Man On Earth, Jeff Tweedy, Townes Van Zandt, and many more, the album serves to remind us that music is more than noise, but a legacy of where we've been, and where we're going.
