Gemma Rogers

Gemma Rogers is a London based singer-songwriter. Having released her debut LP ‘No Place Like Home’ to critical acclaim in 2022. (In Steve Lamacq’s Top Ten LP’s of the year) Her Single ‘My Idea Of Fun’ won the BBC 6 Music ‘Round-Table’. Gemma followed up in 2023 with her EP ‘The Great Escape’ and single ‘New World Order’ - both Play-Listed on BBC 6 Music - and performed live on BBC Radio 4. Since performing at Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party and opening up for Paolo Nutini in Brightons Stanmer Park and recently at Wasing Estate Reading - Gemma has been writing for her next project. Having already clocked up multiple BBC 6Music plays - Steve Lamacq, Amy Lamé and Chris Hawkins are particular supporters, as is John Kennedy at Radio X - and online coverage from Clash Magazine, Louder Than War, Joyzine, Juno Daily and God Is In The TV. Following shows in support of Paolo Nutini at Stanmer Park in Brighton and Wasing Estate in Reading, she’s been on tour across the UK this month in support of the release, including a show as guest of The Libertines at their Cambridge after party. For the ‘No Future’ EP, Gemma has teamed up with Ode to Records, a new sister label of punk stable Holy Dotage Records. NO FUTURE EP is in stores now on 12” Red Vinyl - and will be available digitally along with NEVER HAVE I EVER on October 25th.
