Justine Christian Rosales, popularly known as Jaycee, was born in 2004 in Tondo, Manila, Philippines. A 20-year-old songwriter and producer specializing in hip hop, R&B, and pop. He began his music career at the age of 15, with the goal of becoming a successful musician with his collective Ow'Eleven.
