Nogothula

Nogothula is a blackened death metal band from Cincinnati, Ohio and was formed in 2021 by Colton Deem (Guitars/Vocals) and Eric Payne (Bass/Vocals) as a studio project. After seeing potential in the songs and wanting to take the band to a stage, they were joined by Alex Hooper (Drums) and Nick Moeller (Guitars). Nogothula independently released their first EP in January of 2022 titled "Gore Vortex Ascension". After gaining some traction in the local scene and sharing the stage with national acts like, Ares Kingdom, Cardiac Arrest, Shed the Skin, Skeletal Remains, and Stabbing, it was time to settle and start the recording process for the first full length record. In April of 2024 Nogothula independently released their first full length "Telluric Sepsis" unveiling a new twisted sound of unearthly riffs and blackened melodies.
