Project Mishram

Project Mishram is a Progressive Carnatic fusion band, originally from Bangalore. Mishram uses a sharp blend of western genres ranging from Modern Progressive Metal, Djent, all the way to Funk, Jazz and Electronic infusions, all centered around the intricacies of Ragas, syncopation and math-oriented grooves in Indian classical music. The band have notably played at Louder Than Life (2024), ArcTanGent (2023) and UK Tech Fest (2019 & 2022), alongside the likes of Gojira, Sum 41, Leprous, Motley Crue, Devin Townsend and Breaking Benjamin to name a few. Amidst the above, they have also successfully completed tours of the UK and Europe after performing at several prominent events across India. Their debut LP, Meso (2021), saw them long-listed for the 2021 edition of the Grammy® Awards in the 'Best New Artist' and 'Best Album of the Year' categories. Mishram's music has amassed over 500,000 streams across all platforms.
