Zwyntar

ZWYNTAR is a dark country/dark folk music act from Kyiv, Ukraine. The idea behind the act was to mix country music with Ukrainian folk and some darker elements. However, the band's music style soon went beyond this definition, absorbing various ingredients from psychedelic blues rock to contemporary folk and becoming a fusion the band often refers to as ''folk horror music". ZWYNTAR is a transcription for a Ukrainian word meaning 'Graveyard'. ZWYNTAR are: Sasha Kladbische (vocals, drums, kazoo), Yehor ‚Divuar‘ Pavliuchkov (guitars, backing vocals), Natalia Ferens (washboard, percussion), Serhii ‚Pror‘ Vdovychenko (bass, acoustic guitars), Oleksandr ‚Eric‘ Voloshyn (banjo).
